The LifeLine Excel uses a large high-contrast LCD to display to show the Irregular Heartbeat (IHB) symbol which indicates an irregularity in the heartbeat was detected during blood pressure measurement.
The IHB function is to advise the user that if an irregular heartbeat is detected regularly during monitoring to consult with their doctor for further medical investigation.
