The wok is made with a flat bottom which allows it to be placed evenly over the heat source and is suitable for use on most stovetops including induction, gas, halogen, ceramic glass, etc; Dishwasher safe. This pan is made of pure and thick gauge aluminium that provides even/quick heat conduction, also its ceramic coating surface helps to keep the temperature.
