Choose how you get your order
You pick Standard delivery or Click & Collect at checkout. Same-Day Express is booked by phone.
Standard delivery
We send orders by Australia Post or by road freight courier. The method depends on the size and weight of your items and where they are going.
Dispatch
Orders are usually sent the next working day after we receive your payment. Some items ship from other warehouses in Australia, so dispatch can differ.
Delivery time
Usually 1 to 5 business days. It can take longer outside major metro areas.
Tracking
We email your tracking information as soon as your order is sent.
Shipping cost
Items marked free shipping can still have a fee for some postcodes. Your cart shows the final price to your address.
Same-Day Express
For urgent orders in the Melbourne metro area. Call us to arrange it.
Who can use it
Invoices over $150.
How to book
Call us to arrange delivery. Bookings must be made before 11:00 am.

Delivery times depend on Melbourne traffic. Same-Day Express is not available for all items and covers some Melbourne metro areas only. Call for details.

Contactless pickup from Braeside. Choose Pickup as your delivery method at checkout.
Wait for our message
Please wait for an email or text from us before you collect. It comes with your pickup instructions and location details. This is usually less than 1 business day, and in most cases your order is ready the next business day.

Sat–Sun 10:00 am – 1:30 pm
Sat–Sun 10:00 am – 1:30 pm
Good to know
Many items can be collected from our Braeside facility. Some items ship from other warehouses in Australia, so not every item is available for pickup.
