I ordered a marque / gazebo from Klika for a particular event. It was exactly what I wanted, in a stunning bright pink colour. Excited to receive my gazebo, I waited and waited until I found a card left at my door from Aramex. Unfortunately Aramex was extremely difficult to deal with, I was unable to get in contact with them to track my package. I phoned Klika out of desperation and spoke to the lovely Charles who managed to calm my nerves and promised to follow up. Joanna, beautiful Joanna took over and chased up Aramex (a headache in itself) and stayed in contact with me until the very moment I received my order. She didnt have to, but she made sure she followed through the whole process with me and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will most definitely be back to order from Klika again, their customer service is incredible - something that is hard to come by nowadays!
