The 3 layer neoprene can be fastened snugly using the velcro tabs, after which you can then use the wide non-stretch band to overwrap and pull in as tightly as you require above the knee, also fastened with a velco tab.

3-layer neoprene design

The unique 3-layer design provides a comfortable sweat-absorption red layer under the neoprene, and a soft black felt outer layer which prevents clothing from grabbing and pulling while providing unlimited adjustment for the velco tabs. The three layers are bonded together for maximum strength while at the same time offering high flexibility and compression support.
