Warranty and TermsIn these conditions of sale:
"The Company" means The Trustee for Kmate Unit Trust ABN: 36 512 820 728
"The Buyer" means the person, firm or company ordering or buying goods from the company.
Unless otherwise specified the prices quoted are for delivery to a single address.
The company and the buyer expressly agree that until the company has been paid in full for the goods comprised on this or any other sales contracted between them full legal title remains with the company.
Not withstanding the preceding condition all risk in respect of the goods shall be assumed by the buyer upon delivery of the same.
The buyer shall examine the goods immediately that the goods are delivered. The company reserves the right to reject claims in respect of shortages or damage in transit or non-delivery 7 days after the due date of delivery.
Whilst the company will use its best endeavors to deliver the goods in accordance with the buyers requirements, the company will not be liable for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
The company guarantees to the buyer that the goods will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship for a period no longer than three months from the date of delivery. Under this guarantee the company will at it's discretion repair, replace or issue a credit to the buyer for any goods found to be defective by reason of faulty materials or by poor workmanship, provided that:-
(i) The company is notified within 7 days of the buyer first discovering any such defects and in any event no later than the minimum warranty period from the date of dispatch.
(ii) The defective goods are returned to the company, transportation charges being pre-paid by the buyer to arrive at the company by 5pm on the last day of the warranty period.
Examination by the company of such goods shall disclose to its satisfaction that such defects exist and have not been caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, installation or handling, or by repair or alteration not effected by the company. The company's liability to the buyer in either contract or tort shall not extend either under this condition or any other provision or in any circumstances at all to indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits sustained by the buyer provided always that this condition shall not exclude or restrict for death or personal injury arising from its negligence. Goods being returned will only be accepted with the returns authorization number issued by the company clearly labeled on the outer packaging.(please contact warranty@Klika.com.au)
If it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any items returned are properly insured.
All goods returned must have a copy of the original invoice enclosed with the returned goods.
Goods returned must be as originally supplied by the company
Refunds will only be issued in Australia Dollars. Transactions completed in other currencies will be converted to AUD at the time of purchase. The AUD price at the time of purchase is considered the original value of the goods regardless of the currency used as payment. Refunds may be issued in AUD or the original currency if required, and will be calculated at the currency conversion rate at the time of refund.
The company reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend the operation or contract of sales if events occur which are in the nature of force majeure including (and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, floods, storm, technical failure, plant breakdown, strikes, lock-outs, riots, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any other event outside the control of the company and the the company shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such event.

As our store uses direct embedded payment systems provided by financial institutions our online servers do not store or have access to any credit card information provided during purchases except such details that are passed back to us from the card payment services such as the name of the cardholder and the last 4 digits of the card used.
